Job summary

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and internal databases, and to screen and shortlist profiles aligned with business needs.

You will conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders, and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely placements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume/bulk hiring within strict timelines.
