Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining).

Screen candidates and schedule interviews.

Manage onboarding and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR database.

Coordinate attendance, payroll, and leave tracking.

Handle employee queries and support HR operations.

Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.
