Job summary

Ops Hive in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an HR Executive to join a growing team and contribute across recruitment and HR operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.

You will support onboarding and employee engagement activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of sourcing and interview coordination.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus.
