Job summary

CleanMax in Hyderabad is seeking an HR payroll specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding, monthly payroll processing, and data integrity across HR systems.

You will validate inputs, prepare draft pay sheets, coordinate corrections, ensure timely salary disbursement, and handle payroll updates. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to drive process improvements and generate weekly/monthly MIS on payroll, attendance, and headcount.

Qualifications

• Graduation in HR or related field; post graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on onboarding and payroll processing experience in a corporate/HR services setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Execute monthly payroll processing and update payroll master data.

• Process salary advances, incentives, bonuses, and statutory contributions including PF/Pension.

• Maintain accuracy of payroll and employee data across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and drive process improvements.

ROLE

• Execute monthly payroll processing by updating new joiners, exits, CTC changes, promotions, and payroll master data.
• Validate payroll inputs, prepare draft pay sheets, coordinate corrections, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Process salary advances, incentives, bonuses, and statutory contributions including PF and pension coordination.
• Monitor employees on notice periods, PIP cases, and salary hold scenarios in alignment with company policies.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly MIS reports covering payroll, headcount, salary splits, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee master data across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve queries, and support process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Any Graduation, preferably Post Graduation in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in Onboarding, payroll processing within a corporate or HR services environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proven experience in F&F settlements, attendance management, and payroll reporting is highly desirable.
