Job summary

Universal Education is seeking a qualified HR professional in Mumbai to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. A graduate or post-graduate background in HR or Management with 1–2 years of relevant experience is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team for preboarding and offer letter generation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing exit formalities and full & final settlement process for PAN India employees.
  • Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Support HR team in audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
