Job summary

Skadoosh Media in Mumbai is seeking a proactive HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to support recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR administration, and employee engagement.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs, handle onboarding and exit formalities, maintain HR data and confidential files, answer policy questions, and plan engagement activities to keep the team motivated.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience and related HR activities.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and HR administration.
• Experience handling attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance records, and recruitment status updates.
• Coordinate daily administrative activities including office management, vendor coordination, and employee support.
