Vervali Systems Pvt Ltd in Vasai, Mumbai is seeking an HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience for onsite duties. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and supporting HR operations from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and hiring managers, maintaining HR records, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with recruitment exposure.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Good follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
