Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executiveto manage end-to-end talent acquisition, handle core HR operations, and oversee day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between management and employees , driving recruitment, supporting employee life-cycle management, and maintaining a smooth, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle: job posting, resume screening, candidate interviewing, offer release, and post-offer engagement.
- Source candidates across multiple channels, including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and continuously update the internal recruitment tracker and talent pipeline database.
- Assist in candidate compensation negotiations, reference checks, and verification processes.
2. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, orientation, and exit/offboarding formalities.
- Maintain complete, organized, and confidential hard/soft copies of employee records and HR databases.
- Track daily attendance, leave requests, and assist finance in gathering payroll inputs monthly.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace celebrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for routine employee queries and internal HR communication.
3. General Administration & Workplace Support
- Oversee day-to-day office housekeeping, maintenance, and overall office cleanliness.
- Monitor office supply levels, ordering stationery and kitchen consumables as needed.
- Manage inward/outward courier movement, incoming visitor check-ins, and basic travel logistics.
- Maintain employee asset logs and coordinate physical allocation during onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure workplace safety, compliance with basic office norms, and general facilities coordination.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-Fill & Cost-per-Hire:Timely pipeline delivery for open vacancies.
- Offer-to-Joining Ratio:Retention of candidates throughout the hiring funnel.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Compliance:100% accuracy in document collection and asset tracking.
- HR Records & Payroll Input Accuracy:Error-free monthly leave and attendance logging.
- Office Maintenance & Inventory Management:Timely replenishment of supplies and smooth daily office coordination.

Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and office administration.

- Talent Acquisition:Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
