Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking an HRMS Implementation Executive to support customers and manage onboarding for the HRMS platform. You will resolve client queries, handle incidents, and assist in end-to-end HRMS implementations to ensure smooth go-live.

The role combines customer support with hands-on implementation, training sessions, and thorough documentation to drive user adoption and success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRMS product support, implementation, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS modules such as Core HR, attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Resolve issues related to product usage, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist end-to-end implementation of HRMS for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.
• Gather requirements and support configuration and customization.
• Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and user training.
• Ensure smooth handover and post-implementation follow-up to drive adoption.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• - Handle client queries received through phone, email, chat, and the ticketing system.
• - Resolve issues related to product usage, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• - Coordinate with internal technical, product, and sales teams to resolve escalated issues.
