Job summary

Ivistec Partners India Private Limited is seeking a recruiter to source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and scheduling, while maintaining candidate records and collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (IT and/or non-IT).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support team in onboarding activities when required.
