Avyaan Management Private Limited in Bhopal invites an experienced HR Recruiter/HR Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, including international hiring, and collaborate with stakeholders to fill IT and non-IT roles.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri and other portals, coordinate interviews, and nurture candidate engagement to convert top talent into impactful hires. 2–3 years of experience required.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
