Job summary

Nre Industries in India is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from posting roles to onboarding new hires. You will coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely joining formalities and maintain precise employee records, attendance, and leave management.

You will also assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement, supporting a smooth employee lifecycle. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise across departments to fill roles

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and shortlist suitable candidates.
