Jaysen Engineering in Jigani, Karnataka, is seeking an HR professional to manage HR and admin activities within a manufacturing environment. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with ITIs and local sources.

You will own the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, documentation, joining formalities, and manage manpower contractors and suppliers. Prior factory HR operations experience is essential.
