Job summary

Berht Robotics in Bengaluru is seeking an HR professional to own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a manufacturing/engineering setting.

You will source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles, manage skill development, engage employees, and coordinate performance processes. This role requires 3–4 years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle shop-floor manpower and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience handling technical recruitment and shop-floor/engineering manpower will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
• Experience in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation, production, design, controls, assembly, and support functions.
• Manage joining formalities, document verification, induction, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Maintain employee skill matrix, identify skill gaps, and coordinate technical and functional training.
• Organize employee engagement activities, internal communication, feedback sessions, and employee initiatives.
• Coordinate appraisal cycles, probation reviews, KPI documentation, and performance records.
• Prepare reports on manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, training, and performance.
• Handle employee queries, HR-related concerns, grievances, and coordination with department heads.
