Job summary

• 3-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and probation confirmation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data is updated accurately.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
• Support PMS, KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Drive employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate POSH, employee welfare, and other HR compliance initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Support policy implementation and continuously improve HR processes.
• Work closely with business and functional teams on manpower planning and HR requirements.
