Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end‑to‑end HR operations at a manufacturing facility, with strong hands‑on exposure in recruitment, team management and general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for the plant.
• Lead and manage recruitment activities with strong team management and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance and employee records.
• Identify and coordinate training & development initiatives.
• Implement HR policies, processes and ensure effective HR operations.
• Support employee relations and day-to-day plant HR activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and documentation using MS Office.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably from FMCG, Food, Pharma or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in team management and handling high-volume recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / HR MIS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately / within a short notice period are preferred.
