Job summary

E Square Alliance is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to own the full employee life-cycle across hiring, payroll, compliance, and culture in a growing manufacturing and export organisation. This single-owner role requires coordinating with accounts, managing HRMS data, and keeping records audit-ready.

You will run end-to-end recruitment, handle exits, design engagement activities, and drive performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Indian labour law fundamentals: PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, contract labour basics
• Payroll structure and inputs: attendance, leave, salary components, reimbursements, F&F settlements
• Recruitment lifecycle across junior to mid-level manufacturing and office roles
• HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, policy manuals, disciplinary records

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
• Manage exits cleanly: resignations, terminations, exit interviews, settlements
• Process monthly payroll inputs in coordination with accounts, error-free and on time
• Plan and host in-house cultural events, festivals, and engagement activities
• Maintain HRMS data, employee records, and compliance registers audit-ready
• Handle grievances and disciplinary processes with documentation discipline
• Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews
• Communicate confidently in English and Hindi using Excel and HRMS tools

Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• 3 years generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, exports, or SME environments
