Job summary

Kinetic Engineering in Ahmednagar, India is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, Time Office, HRMS, payroll inputs and compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Recruitment.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Automobile / EV industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance, Time Office and HRMS.
• Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving ability with a positive and employee-focused approach.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
