Job summary

36 Forts Capital in Raipur is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to own end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs and HR policy administration. You will work directly with the founders, issue offers, maintain employee records and ensure compliance.

This role provides sole ownership of the HR function across three verticals, exposure to the founders, a defined 12‑grade career ladder, and statutory benefits like PF/ESIC.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an HR generalist or recruitment role
• Experience with HRMS and payroll inputs
• Fluent in Hindi; comfortable drafting in English
• Based in Raipur or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, issuing offers, joining follow-up
• Run onboarding, verification, records, induction and day-one joining kit
• Manage HRMS: attendance, late marks, leaves, payroll inputs

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with founders, issuing offer letters and following up to joining.
• Run onboarding joining documentation, verification, employee records, induction and the day-one joining kit.
• Manage the HRMS: attendance, late marks, leave balances, and monthly payroll inputs to accounts.
• Maintain and apply the HR Policy Manual - leave, conduct, discipline, grievance and exit formalities.
• Keep employee files, letters and statutory records complete and audit-ready.
• Support day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination and workplace discipline.
• Work across all three verticals - LoanDidi, 36Forts.ai and the corporate entity - reporting directly to the CEO.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2-4 years in an HR generalist or recruitment role, ideally in a small or fast-growing company where you handled HR single-handedly.
• Working knowledge of an HRMS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic labour-law compliance.
• Fluent in Hindi and comfortable drafting in English.
• Based in Raipur or willing to relocate; available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Organised, discreet with confidential information, and able to hold the line on attendance and policy without being told twice.
