Job summary

BOT VFX in Chennai is seeking an HR Executive for a full-time permanent role. You will manage onboarding, attendance, leave, grievances, and HR policy automation while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, an MBA/MSW in HR, and hands-on experience with HRMS, G-Suite, and MS Office. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional HR experience.

• Proficient with HRMS, G-Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end onboarding including documentation and HRMS updates.
• Overseeing time, attendance, and leave management systems for data accuracy.
• Handling employee grievances, 1:1 sessions, and PIP/disciplina ry actions.
• Driving lifecycle milestones such as probation confirmations and retention initiatives.
• Coordinating internal training programs and wellness initiatives.
• Assisting in policy development, implementation, and automation.
• Ensuring compliance with internal audits and statutory requirements.
• Administering rewards and recognition programs and talent engagement activities.
• Preparing HR reports, metrics and data-driven dashboards.
• Managing exit processes and stakeholder relationships across departments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation and HRMS updates.
• Overseeing time, attendance, and leave management systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Handling employee grievances, conducting 1:1 sessions, and managing PIP and disciplinary action processes.
• Driving employee life cycle milestones, including probation confirmations and retention initiatives.
• Coordinating and managing internal training programs and employee wellness initiatives.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and digitalization of HR policies and process automations.
• Ensuring strict compliance with internal audits and statutory requirements.
• Administering rewards, recognition programs, and varied talent engagement activities.
• Preparing and publishing comprehensive HR reports, metrics, and data-driven dashboards.
• Managing exit processes and maintaining smooth stakeholder relationships across departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• MBA/MSW in HR from a reputed management school is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRMS tools, G-Suite, and MS Office applications.
• Ability to generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards for reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven expertise in people management.
• Strong conflict management and resolution abilities to handle sensitive employee relations.
