Job summary

10Decoders Consultancy Services in Chennai and Madurai is seeking an HR operations professional to own onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and lifecycle data accuracy.

You will support recruitment, campus connects, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance, while ensuring statutory requirements are met and stakeholders are well served.

This role offers exposure to healthcare/fintech or regulated industries and requires strong communication and labour-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field with 0–2 years HR generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
• Strong stakeholder management and knowledge of labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation: offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle grievance resolution and act as the main HR query contact.
• Manage insurance, ESI, PF and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance for timely processing.
• Drive employee engagement and performance-cycle coordination.
• Support recruitment including campus connects and college tie-ups.

Own end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai and Madurai Office onboarding, statutory compliance, employee relations, and the

processes that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly — with a supporting role in recruitment, including campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy/audits across the employee lifecycle
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation — offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
• Handle employee grievance resolution and act as the primary point of contact for HR queries
• Manage insurance, ESI, PF and statutory compliances
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Drive employee engagement, performance-cycle coordination, and exit/attrition analysis
• Support recruitment — including campus connects and college tie-ups — alongside the hiring team

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; 0-2 yrs HR generalist experience with a strong operations focus
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools, statutory compliance, and grievance handling
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of labour laws
• Good to have: campus recruitment experience, exposure to healthcare/fintech or regulated industries
