Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist onboarding and induction of new hires and handle offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, handle HRMS data, and coordinate attendance and payroll inputs.
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and internal policy communications.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with performance review cycles.

You will actively support talent acquisition, candidate screening, employee onboarding, engagement, and core HR operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with seamless onboarding and induction of new hires, and manage exit formalities and offboarding processes.
• HR Operations & HRMS: Maintain accurate employee records, handle HRMS data, and coordinate leave, attendance, and basic payroll inputs.
• Documentation & Communication: Help draft professional offer letters, appointment letters, and clear internal policy communications.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Coordinate fun employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and help organize the performance review cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience (prior HR or recruitment internship exposure is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is a bonus.
