Job Title: HR Executive / HR Fresher
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human
Resources team. The candidate will support various HR functions including end-to-end
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and
employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a
positive workplace culture and developing strong people management skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage oAer roll-out and salary negotiation discussions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
2. Onboarding Process
- Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation.
- Release oAer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
3. Offboarding Process
- Handle resignation formalities and exit procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
- Coordinate clearance with relevant departments.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
5. Performance Management & Improvement
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate goal-setting and performance review cycles.
- Track performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Support managers in employee performance development initiatives.
6. Skip-Level Meetings
- Coordinate and schedule skip-level meetings.
- Collect employee feedback confidentially.
- Share insights with leadership for improvement.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up.
7. Salary Negotiation & Compensation Support
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation discussions.
- Negotiate salary oAers within company budget guidelines.
- Prepare and roll out oAer letters with compensation details
8. Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS OAice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome).
- Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
