ABM Knowledgeware is seeking an HR Operations Executive to join our HR team in Mumbai. The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, attendance and leave management, HRMS, and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced IT/software environment. Freshers are welcome to apply.

You will support documentation, reporting, and compliance, coordinate recruitment activities, and assist employee engagement initiatives. A Masters degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced IT/Software environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain practical exposure to core HR processes, HRMS, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR MIS, employee engagement, and other HR operations.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Willingness to learn HRMS and other HR tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced IT/Software environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Educational Qualification

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 month 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or a related area.
• Candidates with internship/project experience in HR will be preferred.
• Strong interest in building a career in HR Operations / Generalist HR.
• Comfortable working with HR systems, Excel, and employee data.
