Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: end-to-end hiring, posting jobs, screening resumes, interviews.
• HR operations & documentation: maintain employee records and update HRIS.
• Policy & compliance: ensure adherence to local labor laws, PF/ESI, leaves.
• Employee relations: respond to queries, resolve conflicts, handle grievances.
• Performance & training: coordinate appraisals and organise staff training.
• Payroll & benefits: assist payroll by tracking attendance, leaves, and benefits.

Job description

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new-hire orientation.
• HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, physical and digital files, and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Policy & Compliance: Implement company HR policies and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements (such as PF, ESI, and leave management).
• Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, support conflict resolution, and manage grievance handling.

• Performance & Training Support: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and help organize staff training or engagement activities.

• Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support payroll processing by tracking attendance, leaves, and benefit enrollments.
