This role requires the ability to streamline HR processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to acquire top talent.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely compensation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment laws, conducting regular audits to maintain compliance.
