Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking an HR Associate (Off Roll) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline positions across eight branches, oversee onboarding, and ensure timely documentation and compliance as part of a busy HR team.

Local candidates with 1–4 years in HR, strong communication and stakeholder management will thrive in this fast-paced, target-driven role that offers growth opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage.
• 1–4 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in handling frontline hiring will be preferred.
• Candidates should be locally based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements for frontline positions across assigned branches.
• Handle complete onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Ensure timely completion and verification of employee documentation.
• Manage HR requirements and manpower planning for 8 branches across Gujarat.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and business teams for timely closure of vacancies.
• Manage the end-to-end employee recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and other HR-related MIS.
• Support employees and business teams with day-to-day HR requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies across assigned branches.
