• Knowledge of PMS, training needs assessment and employee lifecycle activities.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing HR operations across the designated area, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, compliance, and timely resolution of employee-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Area/Business teams for smooth HR processes.
• Handle employee grievances, attendance issues, BGV and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with TA team for recruitment and manpower requirements within TAT.
• Drive Performance Management System (PMS) activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with L&D for training, development and training needs assessment.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employee relations processes and statutory requirements.
• Conduct/coordinate HR checks and audits to ensure compliance and prevent HR lapses.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and address critical employee concerns.
