Job summary

Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for the biotech company. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates across channels, and guide candidates from first contact through onboarding.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, strong knowledge of lab/biotech labor regulations, and excellent communication to partner with hiring managers and department heads. Day shift, in-person work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably healthcare/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws applicable to biotech/hospital sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with department heads.
• Proficient in HR software and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• 2. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• 3. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
• 4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• 5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to handle HR data and generate reports.
