The role collaborates with the HR Manager and hiring managers to support HR strategy and US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with US-based candidates, with experience in healthcare HR preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience interviewing US-based candidates is a plus.

Position Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration.

The role will involve working closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and other team members to support the organization's HR strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact with US-based candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
• Conduct interviews with US-based candidates related to healthcare and assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and role requirements
• Communicate effectively and professionally with US-based candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to schedule, conduct, and follow up on candidate interviews
• Build strong professional relationships with US-based candidates and stakeholders through confident and effective communication
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely completion of the recruitment process
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for new employees
• Support employee relations and address employee queries in a timely and professional manner
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
• Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, employee correspondence, and termination documentation
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and implemented
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy updates
• Provide regular recruitment and HR updates to the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience conducting interviews with US-based candidates, particularly for healthcare-related positions, will be an added advantage
• Experience working with English-speaking countries, particularly the US, will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with US-based candidates and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and international stakeholders
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
