• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain and update employee statutory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external authorities, auditors, and consultants for inspections and audits.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports within defined timelines.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to company HR governance standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Compliance professional to ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal HR policies. The role involves managing compliance processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and statutory filings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations
• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable laws
• Maintain and update employee statutory records and documentation
• Coordinate with external authorities, auditors, and consultants for inspections and audits
• Prepare and submit compliance reports within defined timelines
• Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation within the organization
• Support internal and external HR audits
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and compliance frameworks

• Understanding of multi-state compliance regulations.
