Job summary

HR Hai in Gurugram invites an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, retention and workforce planning.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in HRBP or Employee Relations, strong stakeholder management and HR analytics, and is comfortable working night shifts with cab support.

The position offers cab facilities, meals and a weekend fixed off in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist or Employee Relations.
• Strong stakeholder management, HR analytics and labour compliance knowledge.
