We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner holding 6-8yrs of exp to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Leaders to align HR efforts with company goals and improve overall performance.
• Handle Employee Relations by resolving issues, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Support Performance Management through goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Help with Talent Development by identifying skill gaps and supporting training and growth programs.
• Assist in Workforce Planning and team restructuring with department leaders.
• Track and analyze HR metrics like turnover, engagement, and absenteeism to provide useful insights.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance by applying HR policies and staying updated with labour laws.
• Support Change Management by helping teams through transitions and communicating changes clearly.
