Job summary

ECLAT Health Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Lead / Assistant Manager to support RCM operations in Hyderabad. You will partner with operations leadership to drive employee engagement, handle grievances, and manage HR processes for US night-shift staff.

The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years in HRBP, Employee Relations or HR Operations, with exposure to BPO/Healthcare US healthcare RCM environments.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP / Employee Relations / HR Operations.
  • Prior experience supporting BPO, Healthcare, US Healthcare, or RCM operations is preferred.
  • Experience managing employees working in US/night shifts.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, retention, and performance management.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and partner effectively with business leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned RCM operations and employees.
  • Partner with Operations Managers and team leaders on people-related matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, absenteeism, attrition, and employee concerns.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives for night-shift employees.
  • Monitor and analyze attrition, absenteeism, retention, and other HR metrics.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings, employee connects, floor walks, and feedback sessions.
  • Support managers in performance management, PIP, counselling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Drive employee retention initiatives and identify potential attrition risks.
  • Support new-joiner onboarding, induction, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition on manpower and hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Admin, Compliance, L&D, and other HR functions to resolve employee issues.
  • Prepare and share regular HR MIS and people-related reports with leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide HR support during night-shift operations and ensure employee concerns are addressed promptly.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner – Lead / Assistant Manager to support our RCM operations in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for partnering closely with operations leadership and employees working in the US night shift, ensuring effective employee engagement, people management, retention, grievance handling, and HR process execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO/Healthcare/US Healthcare RCM operations, with good exposure to managing employee relations in a large, fast-paced, night-shift environment.

  • Candidates currently working in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
