ECLAT Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner to support RCM operations at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end HR support, partnering with Operations leaders to drive engagement, retention, and performance for night-shift US healthcare staff.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in HR, with exposure to BPO/Healthcare/US healthcare/RCM operations, and strong experience in employee relations, policy implementation, and HR analytics.

Position: Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner

Shift: Night Shift / US Shift

Function: Human Resources – HRBP

Experience: 6–10 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner to support our RCM operations at the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai location.

The role will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to employees and Operations leadership working in the US/night shift. The HRBP will partner closely with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, employee relations, performance management, and overall people effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO / Healthcare / US Healthcare / RCM operations, with strong exposure to managing employees in a high-volume night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned RCM operations at the Turbhe location.
  • Partner with Operations Managers and Team Leaders on day-to-day people-related matters.
  • Understand business requirements and provide timely HR solutions.
  • Support Operations leadership in implementing HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee grievances, concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
  • Conduct regular employee connects, skip-level meetings, floor walks, and feedback sessions.
  • Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives for night-shift employees.
  • Identify employee concerns and attrition risks and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Support managers in resolving employee conflicts and interpersonal issues.
  • Maintain strong employee relationships and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Attrition & Retention
  • Monitor and analyze attrition and absenteeism trends.
  • Conduct exit and stay interviews to identify key retention challenges.
  • Develop and implement employee retention initiatives in partnership with Operations.
  • Identify critical and high-performing employees and support appropriate retention actions.
  • Track and report monthly attrition, retention, and absenteeism metrics.
Performance Management
  • Support Operations Managers in performance management and employee counselling.
  • Facilitate PIP and performance improvement processes.
  • Support confirmation, promotion, transfer, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance-related documentation and processes.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Admin, TA, L&D, and other HR functions to resolve employee issues.
  • Ensure employee records and HR documentation are maintained accurately.
  • Support exit formalities and conduct exit discussions where required.
HR MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and MIS for the Turbhe location.
  • Track key HR metrics including:
    • Headcount
    • Attrition
    • Absenteeism
    • Employee engagement
    • New joiners
    • Exits
    • Performance
    • Retention
  • Share regular HR updates and insights with HR leadership and Operations.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP / Employee Relations / HR Operations.
  • Mandatory or strong preference for experience in BPO / Healthcare / US Healthcare / RCM.
  • Experience supporting night-shift / US-shift employees.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, retention, and performance management.
  • Experience handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work closely with Operations leadership.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting 500+ employees.
  • Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM operations such as AR, Coding, Denials, Payment Posting, Prior Authorization, etc.
  • Experience managing high attrition and absenteeism environments.
  • Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai or within a reasonable commuting distance to Turbhe are preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a US/night-shift environment.
