Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate HRBP experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Healthcare, RCM, or BPO is preferred.

Shifts: Night Shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM) ; Mid Shift (1pm - 10PM) | Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 1+Years (Corporate HRBP experience is mandatory)

• Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across teams
• Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and provide sound resolution
• Analyze attrition and retention data; provide actionable insights
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction activities
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Monitor succession planning and workforce performance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory norms
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and workflow management

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years of corporate HRBP experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Healthcare, RCM, or BPO preferred- Strong skills in engagement, conflict resolution, and data analysis
• Excellent communication amp; interpersonal abilities
• Education: MBA / MSW / MA in HR or equivalent (mandatory)
• Candidate Preference: Female candidates preferred
