Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as an HRBP or Generalist, ideally within fast-paced tech environments or complex B2B platforms.
• Strong interpersonal presence with a track record of coaching managers and driving team alignment.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in HR analytics and metrics.

• Performance Architecture: Run comprehensive performance evaluation frameworks to align team KPIs with marketplace growth metrics.
• Resource Planning: Forecast hiring needs with the talent acquisition desk to ensure seamless team onboarding.
• Engagement & Culture: Deploy retention strategies and resolution frameworks to maintain a high-performance workforce.
• HR Analytics: Track attrition, workforce trends, and engagement metrics to deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
