Job summary

TP is seeking an HR Business Partner in Mohali to align HR strategy with business goals, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and guide employees on HR matters.

The role requires data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a fast-paced BPO/Call Centre environment. This is a full-time on-site position based in Mohali, Punjab.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in the BPO/Call Centre industry is preferred.
