Job summary

Brickwork India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced global services environment.

You will partner with business and delivery leaders to optimize workforce management, employee experience, productivity, and retention across international clients, driving strategic HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES/global shared services or offshore services.
• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Employee Relations, Policies, and Compliance.
• Hands on experience in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, MS Excel, and HR reporting.
• Strong people management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, performance management, and exits.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, employee communication, recognition programs, and grievance resolution.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and employee records.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with business and delivery heads on workforce planning, employee productivity, retention, and people-related issues.
• Prepare and monitor HR MIS and dashboards, including hiring, attrition, absenteeism, engagement, and workforce metrics.
• Manage and mentor the HR team and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
• Drive HR process improvements, automation, and digitisation to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Must have :

Good to have :

• Experience managing employees supporting global clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, APAC, or other international markets across multiple shifts.
• Experience managing multi-country holiday calendars, leave plans, attendance requirements, and workforce schedules.
• Exposure to global HR practices, client-specific workforce requirements, and cross-cultural employee management.
• Experience with HR automation, analytics, dashboards, and digital HR initiatives.
