Job summary

Milo Drive is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Bangalore to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role covers recruitment coordination, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance within a dynamic tech environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills to support performance reviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to support day-to-day HR activities and employee-related initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and employee feedback discussions.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, company processes, and statutory requirements.
• Support Learning & Development programs, Rewards & Recognition initiatives, and employee wellness activities.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards related to hiring, attrition, and headcount.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing HR projects, process improvements, and culture-building initiatives.
