Job summary

Cohizon Life Sciences is hiring for an Associate- HR (Third Party Payroll) to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience and a relevant degree, with strong MS Excel and HRMS skills.

You will drive recruitment across channels, coordinate offers and joining processes, and maintain HR records while supporting employee engagement initiatives in a busy HR function.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in BMS/BA/BBA or Labour Law.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate offers, background verification and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards for monitoring.
• Support onboarding and HR operations documentation.

Hiring for Associate- HR (Third Party Payroll )

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting HR operations, basic documentation, employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition 60%

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer release, onboarding and follow-ups.
• Drive candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage offer generation, candidate communication, BGV and medical test coordination for all level offered candidates and salary negotiations for junior-level positions, and joining follow-ups.
• Support in recruitment trackers, MIS reports, talent pipelines, and recruitment dashboards to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
• Support and coordinate walk-in drives, campus hiring, recruitment campaigns, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

HR Operations 40%

• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HR data update.
• Support employee relations, support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and support HR compliance activities.
