Job summary

Novagito is seeking an energetic HR Associate - People & Culture with 1-3 years of experience to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and daily people initiatives. This role focuses on building a positive workplace experience within a fast-moving AI product company.

You will work closely with managers to understand hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help drive employee engagement and internal communications across teams.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment across technology, AI, product, sales, and business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support offer preparation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and other routine HR processes.
• Assist with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate training, learning, and development activities.
• Support performance review and employee feedback processes.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and internal processes.
• Coordinate employee exit formalities and documentation when required.
• Work closely with managers to understand hiring and workforce requirements.
• Support company culture initiatives and employee experience programs.
