Novagito AI Private Limited is seeking a Software & AI Engineer – MERN Stack with 1-3 years of experience in Bengaluru to build modern web applications and integrate AI capabilities into real business products.

This role focuses on leveraging MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You’ll explore Generative AI, intelligent agents, conversational apps, and AI-powered workflows within a fast-moving product environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams.
• Take ownership of assigned features from development through production release.
