Novagito AI Private Limited is seeking a Software & AI Engineer – MERN Stack with 1-3 years of experience in Bengaluru to build modern web applications and integrate AI capabilities into real business products.

This role focuses on leveraging MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You’ll explore Generative AI, intelligent agents, conversational apps, and AI-powered workflows within a fast-moving product environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.

Responsabilidades

• Build responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and work with databases such as MongoDB.
• Build reusable frontend components and maintain clean application architecture.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Integrate LLM and Generative AI APIs into Novagito products.
• Build AI-powered features such as assistants, recommendations, intelligent search, and conversational experiences.
• Work with structured and unstructured business data.
• Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
• Build real-time application capabilities where required.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams.
• Take ownership of assigned features from development through production release.

AI Engineering Exposure

Strong AI production experience is not mandatory. However, you should becurious about AI and willing to learn how to integrate it into production software.

• Familiarity with WebSockets.
