Rayvat Outsourcing is seeking a proactive HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition and People Operations. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, sourcing top candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to meet growing business needs.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, payroll data, and employee engagement initiatives while leveraging HR tech and AI tools to optimize processes and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment calling.
• Knowledge of HR software, ATS, HRMS platforms and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role.


• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment calling.


• Knowledge of HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.


• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
