We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycleprocesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-pacedenvironment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate aboutbuilding a great employee experience.

The role will work closely withbusiness teams, recruiters, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders acrossvarious HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycleprocesses including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, confirmations, and exit management
• Coordinate and drive employee engagementinitiatives, events, and culture activities
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managersto ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, andpeople dashboards with high accuracy
• Assist in policy communication and HRprocess implementation
• Support performance management, feedbackcycles, and employee communication initiatives
• Address employee queries related to HRpolicies, processes, and operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HRaudits, compliance documentation, and process tracking
• Contribute to process improvementinitiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

Requirements
