Role Overview
We are looking for a people‑first, execution‑driven HR to help us build and scale a high‑performance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and enjoys working closely with founders to drive hiring, productivity, performance management, and employee growth systems.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment across tech, AI, product, design, sales, and operations roles.
- Work with leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview frameworks.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and high‑quality candidate experience.
- Maintain hiring pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Performance & Growth Systems
- Design and manage performance review cycles (quarterly / bi‑annual).
- Implement goal‑setting frameworks (OKRs / KPIs) to improve team productivity.
- Track individual and team performance metrics in collaboration with leadership.
- Support career progression plans, role clarity, and growth paths for employees.
- Facilitate feedback loops, performance discussions, and improvement plans.
People Operations & Productivity
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle—onboarding, documentation, induction, and exits.
- Design structured onboarding programs to improve early productivity and retention.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Drive productivity initiatives, internal processes, and SOP documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries while maintaining a performance‑driven culture.
Culture & Engagement
- Support the development of a strong, ownership‑driven startup culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong exposure to hiring, performance management, and people systems.
- Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
