Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of our HR function, supporting employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, managing our HR systems, fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to our employer branding efforts.

What you'll do

• HR Operations: You’ll manage core HR administrative tasks with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency. This includes maintaining meticulous employee files, processing documentation (like new hire paperwork, promotions, appraisals), and ensuring our HR practices are seamless and compliant with regulations.
• Employee Engagement: You’ll help drive initiatives that strengthen our company culture. This includes assisting with the planning and execution of company events and programs, distributing employee surveys, and helping to analyze the results to create a workplace where our team feels connected, supported, and happy.
• Employer Branding: You will help us tell our story and showcase our company as a great place to work. You’ll assist in creating compelling content for our careers page and social media channels and support our participation in events that help us attract and recruit top talent.

Who you are

• You have 0-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
