Job summary

Bolna.ai in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Associate to join the People Operations team. This hands-on role focuses on onboarding, documentation, data accuracy, and employee experience in a fast-moving startup.

You will support HR letters, records, and day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to scale processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of experience in HR Operations / People Operations.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership and figure things out.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
