Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding across countries. You will handle HR transactions and maintain records in HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or PeopleSoft.

The role supports audits, HR reporting, and the creation of SOPs for data management. 1–3 years of relevant experience is expected.

• Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
• Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes
