Responsibilities

• Handled end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
• Understand client requirements and create job descriptions, if needed.
• Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle the CTC negotiation aspect.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
